The phone list contains staff contact information including home
numbers, phone numbers and emails. This is only accessible for
administrators.
We recently installed the IVR4 -
which is the voice-mail, auto-attendant. If this goes wrong you need
to understand how to use the INDeX system. The best thing to for the
period whilst I'm away is to call Reg. our engineer on - home:

We've
lost the Internet!
1. Unplug the power to the 4 port router, and 8 port router
leave power out for at least 30 seconds.
2. If that hasn't helped call 0870-120-7475 to find out the
wireless dsl status from our providers PIPEX.com
