January 22 2025: Wine Dinner with Hattingley Valley - Open to All
Join us for an intimate dinner hosted by our Head Sommelier, Arnaud Dolmazon, and Oliver Putter from our local vineyard, Hattingley Valley on 20 January at 6:30 PM.
The evening will feature a beautiful five-course menu paired with six wines from the renowned Hampshire-based winery, celebrated not only for producing Heckfield Place's own Classic Reserve but also for their dedication to sustainability, using innovative methods to reduce their environmental impact.
All five courses will be crafted to complement and elevate the flavours of the wines rather than the traditional approach of pairing wines to food.*
Throughout the evening, Arnaud and Oliver will share the stories behind the wines and pairings, including insights into the ingredients grown at Heckfield’s own Home Farm and the meticulous care that goes into every bottle crafted by Hattingley Valley.
This dinner is priced at £160 per person and marks the first of a series of four wine dinners throughout 2025, offering guests the chance to explore new wine and seasonal food pairings across the year. Additional dates will be announced soon.
