Sarah Johnson and Lloyd Morse join us at Home Farm for a summer gathering shaped by the season’s abundance. Both spent formative years cooking at Spring, working closely within Skye’s kitchen and learning from her thoughtful, ingredient-first approach. Their cooking today continues to reflect that same sensitivity to seasonality, balance and the quiet craft of cooking with care.
