January 30 2025 - Tincture Workshop

Join our Head of Bar Development, Jenna Kirkpatrick, for a unique and immersive tincture workshop that connects the art of drink making with the therapeutic properties of the natural world.

The experience begins with a calming guided breathwork led by our Bothy team to ground and centre you before venturing out into Walled Gardens and estate foraging for fresh, seasonal ingredients to use in the demonstration.  

With Jenna’s expert guidance, you’ll learn the age-old craft of creating tinctures, discovering how to prepare and infuse the botanicals for a specific purpose—whether it's for relaxation, vitality, or creativity or more. As you prepare your tincture, Jenna will share tips on choosing the right herbs and methods to achieve your desired result.

You’ll leave with your custom-crafted tincture, along with a detailed guide on how to care for it over the next six weeks, ensuring it reaches its full potential. This hands-on workshop offers a beautiful blend of nature, wellbeing, and mixology—perfect for those seeking a deeper connection to both the earth and this beautiful craft.
