Margot Henderson, co-founder of London institution Rochelle Canteen, joins us in Hearth alongside Hector Henderson, now Head Chef at the restaurant. Margot has long been a champion of generous, ingredient-led cooking rooted in seasonality and simplicity. Early in her career Skye worked alongside Margot and Fergus Henderson at The French House in Soho, an experience that helped shape her approach to thoughtful, produce-focused food and convivial hospitality.
